Sweet Potato Pudding or Cookie


1/4 cup of cooked mashed sweet potatoes
2 tablespoons of nut or seed butter
Pinch of sea salt
1/4 teaspoon of ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon



For pudding mix all together and savor.

For cookie
Preheat oven or air-fryer to 350
Place teaspoon of batter on parchment paper and flatten. If cooking in air-fryer cook for five minutes and then flip and cook for 5 more minutes. If cooking in the oven put parchment paper with batter onto a cookie sheet.
Cook for 12 -15 minutes then take them out of the oven. Flip and cook 12-15 minutes more. Cool and eat. Note this is a soft cookie.
