Breakfast Pizza

Here is a quick and easy breakfast pizza recipe with a gluten free pizza crust that I bought at the Natural Health Center Of Kalamazoo.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Remove one Mikey’s pizza crust from oven and peel off papper on the back.
Place pizza crust on unbleached paprchment paper lined cookie shhet and cook for 8-10 minutes.
Remove from oven and spread 1/4 teasppon of coconut oil on the crust.
Place fresh fruit on crust.
Drizzle 1 tablespoon of almond butter.
Cut into four slices and enjoy.
